Welcome to the database containing national decisions.
This database contains some 37,450 references
to national decisions concerning Community law
from 1959 up to the present day. It has been
lastly brought up to date on 14th February 2025.
At present the juridic analysis (keyword and references to the
provisions concerned) is available in French, and partially in English
for decisions before 30th June 2020.
The national data are mentioned in the
original language of the decision.
Contents of the database
The database "national decisions" contains :
- the national case law regarding European Union law
- the reference to annotations and comments in books and articles
related to national decisions and judgements delivered
under the preliminary ruled procedure by the Court of Justice of the European Union concerning those matters.
Sources
The references and the juridic analysis of the national decisions have been supplied by
the Research and Documentation Service of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
